Originally from Melbourne, Australia, Peter went overseas in 1968, bought a boat and commenced an exciting affair with the water.Peter holds a commercial offshore Master IV Certificate.

From Boston, USA, Carol moved to Paris in 1974 to study her lifelong passion - French cooking. She joined Peter as chef of the Etoile in 1980, and quickly earned a reputation for fine cuisine.
