Situated at the northern part of the 9th arrondissement, just by the foot of Montmartre our flat is in an area that abounds in restaurants and markets. About 100 metres from the nearest metro, it’s an easy place from which to explore Paris. On the first floor (with a lift), the flat is approximately 73 square metres, and consists of a large living room, bedroom, kitchen and bathroom. The fold-down bed in the living room provides accommodation for second couple, making for a maximum occupancy of 4 persons. (See the following photos). Cost: As it is our home in Paris, we only rent to friends, (and friends of), and we charge a reduced rental of 900 Euros per week. (The going rate for a similar flat in the area is around 1,200 Euros per week). Upon booking, we’ll send you instructions for key pickup, bank account details etc.
