EVANNA INVENTORY 

 

Galley

The galley is equipped with:

  • Custom stainless steel fridge and freezer, each approx. 350 litres capacity. A 130 litre eutectic tank between the two units.

  • Large, deep custom made s/s sinks, with s/s racks above.

  • Electric stove, with exhaust fan to exterior.

  • Dishwasher.

  • Washing machine. (new in 2008).

  • Microwave/convection oven.

  • Various appliances – toaster, iron, electric fry pan, electric kettle.

  • Dinner service for 8, with large, medium and small plates; bowls, cups.

  • Cutlery for 8

  • Glasses of various sizes (about 37)

  • Serving utensils, baking pans and casseroles.

  • Coffee, tea and sugar containers. Teapot.

  • Various containers for cereal, flour, sugar and salt.

  • 2 cutting boards, 2 bread baskets, 2 outside candle lanterns.

  • Various plastic buckets and cleaning materials.

Linen

  • Towels for 10. (Large, small and face). 5 beach towels.

  • 14 duvet covers.  10 sheets.  9 pillows.  24 pillow cases. 4 blankets.

  • 9 shower curtains. 1 electric blanket

  • Lace curtains on saloon and cabin windows.

  • 2 table cloths.

Various

  • 1 household vacuum cleaner, and 1 large wet/dry vacuum cleaner.

  • 2 electric heaters. First-aid kit with splints bandages etc.

  • Sewing box.

Machine room /work shop

  • Machine room is alongside the enclosed engine space, and is entered from wheelhouse.

  • The work benches lift up for easy access to machinery. Contains:

  • Inverter.24 volt DC to 220 AC

  • Reverse osmosis desalination plant. Makes around  80 litre per hour.

  • Heavy duty air conditioning compressor.

  • Refrigerator compressor

  • Hydraulic pump and tank (4 HP 24 volt)

  • Fresh water and sea water pumps.

  • Electric hot water service.

Engine room

  • Access via lift up floor in wheel house, and removable hatches in machine room.

  • Gardner 6LX diesel engine with PRM twin disk gearbox

  • A 50 HP hydraulic pump driven from front of main engine operates the bow thrust.

  • 10 KVA genset with Isuzu 3 cylinder diesel.

Deck equipment

  • Mast:   Aluminium. 20 metres from deck. Hood in-mast roller furling.

  • Sails: Main, jib and staysail. The staysail has a boom making it self-tacking.

  • Spinnaker. Sails are in fair condition.

  • Winches.   Two halyard winches, 2 large hydraulic primary winches, 2 furling winches, one hydraulic. All winches are Andersen stainless steel.

  • Anchors.  One heavy duty CQR anchor. One coral pick anchor, one fisherman anchor.

  • 100 metres 13mm galvanised chain (new 2008). 100 metres nylon rope as spare cable.

  • Various turning blocks.

  • Boom brake.

  • Deck seating.  Cushioned seating for up to 12 persons on deck. Fold-away table provides meal space for up to 8 persons. Fold-down canopy over seating area..

  • Life raft.  An 8 man life raft stowed in deck locker aft.

  • Dingy.  Stacer aluminium dingy with air-sack surround.  9.9 HP Mariner outboard.

  • Custom made stainless steel davits.

  • Fold down swimming and boarding ladder.

  • Two fire/deck hoses, one sea water, one fresh water.

  • Custom-made fibre-glass gangway (new in 2010) stows in s/s deck rack.

 Lazarette

This spacious aft storage area, with two entry hatches, houses an air compressor, the electric shore leads and mooring lines (new in 2010) hand bilge pump, 50 metre water hose, and various spare parts and equipment.

 

Wheel house / saloon

This is our main sitting and dining area when we are on passage. It has a table and leather settee. There are comprehensive switch boards for both 24 volt DC and the 220 volt AC.

Main engine and genset gauges and instruments.

Navigation equipment.  The usual wind, depth and speed instruments. Radar Koden MD 3400. Lorenz chart plotter. Acer computer with separate large screen. The computer is loaded with the C-Map charts for every part of the world, and is linked to the GPS.

Radios.  Koden HF radio. Uniden VHF radio.

 

Safety equipment

  • 6 life jackets.

  • Safety harness

  • flares

  • 5 fire extinguishers

  • 1 fire blanket.

Miscellaneous

Batteries.  Four 200 amp/hour sealed batteries, giving 400 amp/hour 24 volts. One 12 volt generator starting battery, all housed in special cabinets under saloon floor. (All batteries new in 2010).

Battery charger. Custom-made with heavy duty transformer. 2 settings – one at 20 amp,

and one at 50 amp, 24 volts.

Sullage pumps.  The two sullage tanks (one fore, 500 litre, one aft, 350 litre) are pumped out by heavy duty 220 volt pumps. (Replaced in 2008).

Shower/washbasin pumps.  The three showers and washbasins drain into small holding tanks fitted with automatic switches which activate 24 volt pumps.

All waste pipes, including seawater from refrigerator and A/C cooling exit through a s/s manifold on top of a stand pipe which is above water line. (This makes for only one through-hull fitting for all waste pipes).

Fuel tanks.  2 fuel tanks (linked). Approx. 900 litre capacity each.

Water tank.  1 water tank. Approx. 1500 litres capacity.
